The customer service here is phenomenol. I specifically would like to thank the the two men who went above and beyond. Mark and Elson were their names. I am a small woman, and they were so friendly and made sure I was kept safe. My boyfriend also would like to say thank you as well. We we definitely be returning thanks to those two two alone!

We swung in here for a few drinks before meeting friends, and had delicious IPAs and lagers. We also ordered the daily special (the Gold Rush, a lemon whiskey cocktail) and the Paloma (tequila deliciousness). All really well made beverages.

Vibe in here is amazing, not pretentious at all, and the bartender was awesome. Didn't order food, so can't comment on that, but a great bar!

Cool little spot in DTLA.  My friends and I usually come here for drinks, which their cocktails and beers are great! What we didn't realize, was that their food would be so good too... which we were pleasantly surprised.

Meatball and Italiana subs were hands down delicious.  Bread is warm and crispy.  Sub comes with a side of potato salad or you can swap them out for chips.  Come hungry and grab a drink!

I came here because I wanted a good sandwich and a beer. It's surprisingly difficult to find a sandwich shop that also sells alcohol. But I found this place, which was conveniently located in downtown LA where I was just coming from visiting my alma mater USC. It was a Thursday at lunchtime and it was pretty dead, but that just means you get good service. The sandwich I wanted ended up being a quesadilla because it just looked so good. And it was! So I wasn't able to rate any of the sandwiches. The downside of this restaurant and bar is that the prices are high. The cheapest sandwich is $11 and beer is $7. Granted they do have a happy hour, so I would try to take advantage of that from 3-7 during the week. They also advertised a country themed Wednesday so I may try to visit again.

Come for the beer; get addicted to the sandwiches.

On a hot day, sitting on the patio with a tall glass of beer is pretty great. Accompanying that with a meatball sandwich is even better.

They get the rolls from a bakery in Culver City and they are fresh, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The meatballs are flavorful and slathered in a delicious red sauce.

My friend got the veggie sandwich which was packed with marinated artichokes and red bell pepper, cheese, arugula, and equally delicious. Each came with a small side of potato salad. The sandwiches were about $10 each and filling.

I hear that their happy hour prices on drinks are pretty great and that this place gets crowded. But around lunch time there is plenty of room.

Next time, I'm also trying the chili I saw other people eating. Must come back soon.
